2009 JRCLS CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration Dates:
November 15, 2008 — registration opens. Register online at www.jrclsconference.com. Space is limited for some events and will be offered on a first to sign up and pay basis.
January 15, 2009 — Early registration discount deadline. Those registering after this date will pay an additional $20 per registration.
February 6, 2009 — deadline for registering for the conference. Those wishing to attend must register and pay by this date.
Registration Fees:
Early Registration Discounted fee (registration by January 15, 2009 required)
Attorneys — $150
Non-attorney guests — $100
Law Students and Law Student Spouses — $30
Attorneys and Guests attending ONLY the Friday Program — $75
Registration fees increase by $20 per registration for registrations made after January 15, 2009.
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided less a $15 per registration cancellation fee for any cancellations received by January 15, 2009. Cancellations received from January 16 to February 6, 2009 will receive a refund less a $20 per registration cancellation fee. Because of the costs associated with processing refunds, these fees will be charged regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Refunds for cancellations received after February 6, 2009 generally will not be provided because firm commitments will already have been made for food and other costs. If there are compelling reasons, refunds after February 6, 2009 will be given less a $25 per registration processing fee. Registration Information:
Registration for Sponsors and their Guests: Once a sponsor pays its donation, the sponsor will receive a registration code that can be used to register the allotted number of people for the conference.
Separate Registration for each attorney or law student: Each attorney or law student needs to register separately. Only those who are neither an attorney nor a law student can be registered as an attorney guest. Law students can register their spouses as a guest, although if your spouse is a law student we would prefer you register separately so that we have accurate statistics on the number of law students and attorneys attending. (See Links to other Registrants below). Because the law student price is heavily subsidized, only law students and their spouses are allowed to register at that price.
Links to other Registrants: During registration you can create a link to another registrant. This will allow us to know which registrants should be kept together for housing, seating or other similar resources.
